Call or text your driver when you land

Call or text your driver when you have your luggage and are out to the arrivals curb

They will come around from the cell lot.

TAMPA

@TPA: Passenger pick up process

• Open your reservation 

• Text your driver when you land.

• Take the tram to the main terminal, go down the escalator to your airline baggage claim area, collect luggage (if any), head out to the arrivals curb.

• Call or text your driver to inform them where you are waiting: (Red or Blue area, airline and the arrivals area #s are overhead number

... the driver will head your way from the cell phone lot, a 3 to 5 min transit.

SARASOTA AND CLEARWATER / ST. PETERSBURG

@SRQ and @PIE: Passenger pick up  :

• Open your reservation 

• Text your driver when you land.

• Proceed to the baggage claim area, collect luggage (if any) and head out to the arrivals curb ...down to the far right is best...

• Call or text your driver; they will come right around from the cell lot, a 2-3 min transit
